In his formulation of the principles of the three ecologies, Guattari, he identifies the principle common to each being that it is. For Guattari, consensus is not the appropriate response; instead, a dissensus and singularisation will need to be cultivated. It enables us to find out what roles media force us to play, how media structure what we are seeing, why media make us feel and act as we do. Furthermore, the message is filled with the potential for hope that seems to be desperately needed in our current political climate.
