It begs the question: Shinoda Bolen godvesses careful to note that while “everywoman” possesses one, or perhaps a couple primary goddess archetype within her, she may also call upon portions of other shinnoda archetypes through different stations of her life. Bilen I read this book, I had never really read anything that focused on female psychology. A friend recommended this to me. Myths are fascinating stories that become even more intriguing when we realize that they can reveal intimate truths about ourselves and others. Like most self-help books on Jungian psychology tend to do, the author applies too many contradictory traits to each specific goddess.
